I am thrilled to announce I now offer spiritual event consultation and on-site assistance.

As a consultant for your retreat, I focus on the 3D concerns so that you, as the spiritual guide and retreat facilitator, can devote your energy to serving your clients to their deepest spiritual transformation and healing.

I’ve spent 20+ years working in a variety of hospitality and service driven positions. Whether it was working as a talent agent assistant in LA, managing a 2 Michelin Star fine dining restaurant in NYC, or managing an international culinary program for a billion dollar global tech company… I love the creativity and human connection that occurs when thoughtful, proactive, intuitive service meets detail, skill, and strong work ethic. 

The world of retreats and spiritual event planning is the perfect marriage of my passion for sacred service and intuitive muscle for hospitality. 

For facilitators, retreats and in-person events are often our favorite type of work because of the power of group impact, focused time, and the opportunity to connect more deeply than our virtual alternatives (not to mention the possibility of travel!). 

However, from a business perspective, retreats are often the least financially viable for long-term success and sustainability, which is why they are offered less frequently than virtual platforms. The amount of time planning and organizing in-person events is exponential compared to logging onto a zoom call. For example, finding the right unique venue is a huge time commitment compared to simply sharing a link. 

This is where I come in… as a consultant for your retreat, I focus on the 3D concerns so that you, as the spiritual guide and retreat facilitator, can devote your energy to serving your clients to their deepest spiritual transformation and healing. However, I don’t simply assist you in logistics…

I curate and design your event with you to amplify your clients spiritual transformation at every possible level.

Logistical Offerings 

  • Venue Scouting and Assessment 

  • Scheduling and Communications 

  • Job Descriptions and Training Manuals (for your future use with yourself and your teams) 

  • Food and Beverage Management (hiring chefs, handling reservations and menus, allergy and dietary restrictions)

  • “Extras” (booking excursions, photography and videography, art classes, etc.)   

  • In-person Event Support (on-site assistance and event coordination)

    • Including referral access to my personal network of aligned, proven Retreat Professionals

    • On-site personal assistance 

    • Event set-up and cleaning

    • Handling transportation needs

Hospitality 

  • I’ll provide a thorough review of your client experience from arrival, to departure, and follow up. 

    • I’ll write, create, predict every step to integrate/suggest thoughtful touches that allow for maximum spiritual transformation, and ultimately an experience of a lifetime for your clients. 

  • Shared photo albums 

  • Personal assistant service on site. 

  • Possible partnership with intuitive hospitality designer, Agathe Lazaro.
