Mission Statement

The Morgan Borchardt Sisterhood exists to liberate women through the reintegration of our human and higher selves.

Our services are designed to awaken and unite women through spirituality, sisterhood unity, and sexual self-empowerment.

Code of Ethics

We are wholly committed to our values. They are the filter through which all decisions are made, all steps are taken, and all inevitable mistakes are course-corrected.

“In an unregulated industry, the standards we set are our own.” -Dr. Ricci-Jane Adams, The Institute for Intuitive Intelligence®

The Morgan Borchardt Sisterhood Values

The Morgan Borchardt Sisterhood Aspirational Values

TMBS Core Values

1. Sisterhood: Our # 1 Value. Our Namesake.

“The number one thing women need besides themselves is each other.” - Morgan Borchardt

Power in Unity

We are conditioned to do “it” all, alone, perfectly, easily, happily. We carry the world and still feel like we haven’t “done enough.” We put others first, rarely prioritizing our own happiness and needs. And asking for help is a “grave flaw, an embarrassment, a failing.” Few women are conditioned to trust each other, ask for help, and value the sacred circle of sisterhood. As my teacher says, “it is one of the greatest successes of the patriarchy that women don’t trust each other.” In fact, many women are primed to work actively against one another.

As a result, TMBS operates in the circle of sisterhood at all levels, based on the belief that we are each other’s most powerful healing tonic and life force, after our own intuition and creative energy. We understand that for many who have had inter-female trauma, TMBS calls on a faith greater than our fear as we enter one step at a time, again into trust with each other, starting with Self.

No Single Path

When we are backed into a corner, there’s no single way out. As a result, we honor every woman’s contribution to our values. We believe every woman’s story, and we provide space for every woman to be seen and heard.

Abundance in Community

When we have a community to fall back on, our power becomes unlimited. We have the freedom of choice, a safety net for challenging growth, and a framework from those who walked before us. Our ability to believe in ourselves and create the life we desire, amplifies profoundly when we have the support of an aligned community.

2. Safety: The Container for our Work.

Everyone Knows Sexual Violence

On a more personal and deep level, my work aims to heal the wound of rape culture that affects all humans. We believe, lamentably, that no physical body on the planet is free of the experience or memory of sexual violation. When we consider the science of epigenetics, spirituality of past or concurrent lifetimes, the sociology of ancestral lineage, we see that we are all one… part of a collective consciousness that holds sexual violence squarely in its culture.

We live in a rape-cultured world where “invading bodies is still less punished than invading property.” (Gloria Steinem)

Whether explicit or implicit, this lifetime or past, originating from our ancestors or ourselves, we all know sexual violation, intimately. Further, we consider cultural violations to be just as potent and harmful. Repression, oppression and shame are all forms of violation that deeply impact the spirit and body temple, ultimately our relation to ourselves, our self-worth, and our ability to enjoy life.

We also believe that “rape is surviving murder.” A part of the spirit must leave the body in order for the human to survive. What TMBS offers is a return to Life, through the reintegration of this spirit and the body through the golden orb of the sacral, sexual energy center within us all.

The return to life from death is often a painful one, often excruciatingly so, on all levels of the spirit, mind, and body. It’s also deeply rewarding, for who knows life as well as the person who also knows death?

The process we offer and curate for you personally is not fast or easy. It is a journey of healing that must be met with deep reverence for the self; a process that is held in self-love, grace, support, community, and safety of all kinds. Whether it’s the safety of your home and physical space, the regulation of your nervous system, the safety net of a community of friends and fellow women who understand, intelligent work with appropriate authorities (doctors, psychiatrist, therapists) or otherwise, safety is a requirement for our work.

On that note, we are not licensed therapists or doctors. We do not have medical degrees. Our work is in the realm of the spirit, and is designed to support your work with medical professionals. We fully believe in the miracles of both science and the mystical, and believe they should be applied in conjunction. They work hand in hand, for we are both human and God afterall.

We have a lot of work to do, and the safety of TMBS containers are of fundamental, vital importance.

Data vs. Reality

We all know the horrors of the data. However, we believe the reality is worse.

“Data”

Estimates published by WHO indicate that globally about 1 in 3 (30%) of women worldwide have been subjected to either physical and/or sexual intimate partner violence or non-partner sexual violence in their lifetime.(1)

More than 650 million girls and women alive today – or 1 in 5 – experienced rape or sexual assault before the age of 18, according to new UNICEF estimates. (2)

And about 26.8 million women and girls are enslaved today. (3)

In the United States, we have rapists on the Supreme Court and Trump was just elected again while toting anti-abortion rights, among a slew of other anti-female policies. (5) And “1 out of every 6 American women has been the victim of an attempted or completed rape in her lifetime (14.8% completed, 2.8% attempted). (6)

We believe the reality is worse and more accurate numbers are much higher.

Reality

Many people do not report their experiences due to fear, shame, reliving trauma, lack of access to proper safe channels. By the time some people remember their trauma (from childhood for example) they believe it to be “no longer relevant” or the assailant has passed away. Other people do not have a voice at all and are not represented in the “count” of humanity.

More of us are in deep denial, not recognizing that our experience was in fact sexual abuse or assault. We are so familiar with inequality, violation and a lack of basic rights that we find ourselves believing all is well, while we carry the pain of our ancestors, childhood, or merely that of our culture.

We Honor our Bodies

Still, we respect that this denial serves a much needed purpose for survival. We honor and respect the timeline of our bodies, knowing that to force ourselves into “growth” would merely be another round of violation, this time done by ourselves, an even more painful experience.

TMBS commits to cultivating psychological, physical, emotional, and spiritual safety for all members and spaces. We enforce safety standards at all levels of our work, knowing that without it we cannot fulfill our purpose.

Safety is the required container within which we can pause, breathe, face ourselves, rediscover our innocence, reclaim our lives, and be free… once again.

3. Self-Empowerment: Our Modus Operandi.

TMBS Is Your Guide, Not Your God, Not Your Guru

We guide women to be able to power themselves from within. In a world where our agency has either been stolen, or we’ve been conditioned to give it away, or both, we provide the tools for you to reclaim your power.

From here, we garner a culture in which our members step into their Higher Selves. They no longer wish to “abdicate responsibility for their own lives.” (Dr. Ricci-Jane Adams) They no longer seek answers outside of themselves, and they know they are the authority of themself in any room. This works in both directions, from accountability for oneself to empowerment.

Throughout the transition from powerless victimhood to empowered co-creator, we offer the fortification of guidance and community. We assist you in being able to hear your Highest Self clearly, and to trust the message indubitably.

Equality of Student and Teacher

“No one is my enemy. No one is my friend. Everyone is my teacher.” -Florence Scovel Shinn

We also believe wholly in the equality of student and teacher. We decline the guru pedestal, as well as barriers to the embodiment of the collective oneness of our humanity.

No one is better or worse. No one is more or less enlightened. We learn together, through each other. My medicine is your medicine is our medicine…  because we are all One.

4. Sexual Freedom: Self-Love And Reintegration.

Through sexual self work, we guide our clients to safely re-meet themselves at the deepest levels of self love and self-knowledge.

We function in a consent driven modality, first learning how to gain consent from ourselves, before inviting others into the sacred space of our body temple.

From here, we provide sex-positive and empowering education, 1:1 coaching, group workshops for deeper healing, and an ongoing focus on self-respect, self-healing through pleasure, and self-love.

The culmination of our work exists in the reintegration of spirit and body through the energetic life force energy that is the energetic orb of the sacral chakra, our womb, the holy grail.

5. Service: The Bedrock of our “Why.” The Foundation of our Community.

“Never worry about numbers. Help one person at a time, and always start with the person nearest you.” – Mother Teresa

Morgan’s Story

The story of TMBS begins with a desire to pay forward what was so generously given to me in my time of darkest crisis. I was suicidal, and God sent me a teacher in the form of a woman named Siridev who helped save my life. I couldn’t afford to spend a cent at that time, so she worked with me for free for two years straight. I’ve come to believe that I was not only her first student, but it was her karma yoga, as she had mentioned to me that I must have been her teacher in a past life and this was her repayment. Still, her deep generosity and commitment to me in this lifetime in the name of her faith alone, made a profound and lasting impact on me. I thought, “if I can do for someone else what she did for me, my life will be a success.”

There is nothing more rewarding than the feeling of joyously giving away what you once struggled to have yourself. As many of my teachers say, “Our service is our medicine.”
As a result, TMBS commits to integrating free education, volunteerism and mentorship programs into the long term structure and stakes of our business plan.

Free Membership Opportunities

We commit to have tiers of free and low-cost services available to our members at all times. Everyone has the right to healing, self-empowerment, and community.

Volunteerism

We commit to integrating volunteerism and service to our communities into our in-person programming.

Mentorship Programs

It is in the framework of our longterm business plan to develop a mentorship program, such that no woman ever feels alone. We gain by giving. We connect by receiving. Sometimes the power of sisterhood begins 1:1.

1%

We commit to donating 1% of all profits to charities, non-profits or other organizations that selflessly support our mission around the world.

This information will be shared transparently and once formed, held accountable by the TMBS Council.

TMBS Aspirational Values

1. A Sisterhood for All. Our # 1 Aspirational Value.

TMBS is constantly evolving; we take transparent action towards A Sisterhood for All.
“It's not only that we live in a patriarchy, it's that patriarchy lives in us. It’s not only that racism is all around us, it’s that racism is in us.” - Gloria Steinem

Equality

I aim to complete at least 1 course per year focused on broadening my own experience, embodiment, and understanding of socio-political issues that allows me to better serve women of all races, age, gender, sexualities, socio-economic standing, abilities, and bodies. In 2025, I look forward to growing with AnteUp! I also commit to publicly share consent driven data regarding my clientele and community. I share this with integrity that I may always aim to do better and be better.

Accountability Through Transparency

I commit to sharing TMBS’ inevitable errors, and lessons learned in order to be held accountable to corrective actions by a diverse council of women in the TMBS community.

Personal Growth

I aim to complete at least 1 course of continued education per year focused on enhancing my ability to fulfill TMBS’ purpose. In 2025, I am scheduled to complete a certification with AnteUp!, “a freedom school for healing, justice and liberation.” 2025(2025 course is TBD.)

2. Freedom in Abundance: The Key to Opportunity and Choice.

Abundance, Security, Independence

We believe in the power of abundance because where there is wealth there is opportunity.

We believe in the health of financial security because we cannot heal in times of crisis and unrest.

We believe in the freedom of financial independence; the key to safety through choice. When we have the option to leave or change, and the opportunity to heal, and grow, our life is our own.

Many women are involuntarily dependent on others due to systems of oppression, familial abuse, lack of resources, education and opportunity, and otherwise. In this dependence, our vulnerability for survival, and mental, emotional insecurity rapidly increases. We remain in and reinforce the system that captured us. This is why sisterhood unity and community is so important, and our #1 value.

So many people in the world do not have the option to free themselves, or need critical support in transition that they do not have.

As a result, we rely heavily on abundance in all of its forms, from our collective community, to individual partnerships, trade opportunities, and education and empowerment events focused on women’s financial abundance and female indepence.

We must free ourselves now. And we must free each other.

A Female ‘EcoSiStem’

We also aim to support female ecosystems. We commit to hiring qualified women for our work’s services (retreat rentals, event planners, graphic designers, etc.) and supporting women owned businesses for our resources (books, art, educational materials, etc.)

At one of my most recent retreats, I had a couple of fabulous volunteers working with me. One of them asked if her husband could help. I said, sure! Until she explained that she would want to pay him because he would take the day off from work. She didn’t mind not getting paid, but wanted to make sure that her husband was paid for his time. I explained, “I cannot host a women’s empowerment workshop and have the only paid worker present, be the only man in the room.” She laughed, but it was a wake up call.

Money is important. Our self worth is important.

We put our money where our mouth is.

Voice

“The only real security is self-belief.” - Madonna

As demonstrated above, our connection to ourselves through sexual self love directly translates to our self-worth, including the ability to speak up for ourselves. (We need only look at the connection between our pleasure anatomy and vocal cords to see the connection.)

When we can become comfortable with ourselves, we can claim the life we want. We can speak up in any room. We can declare our value and our worth. We can fight for equal pay (getting ourselves and our female colleagues a big raise like I did - ask me for my story ;)

Ultimately, we become comfortable with pleasure, power and wealth on all levels.

Money is energy, power and opportunity. It’s only “evil” if we make it so. It’s only Godly if we make it so.

Godly, let’s make it so.

3. Honoring Our Ancestors: Duty, Privilege, and Gratitude.

We give thanks to our ancestors, while doing our own work to heal generational trauma, and to be good ancestors for future generations.

"Our greatest responsibility is to be good ancestors." - Jonas Salk

Morgan’s Story

I come from a lineage of sexual violence, and mental health challenges including suicidality. My service is in honor to both the people in my family who were abused, and the abusers. Often they are the same.

My beloved grandfather sexually abused me as a child. It has been through the integration of my spiritual and sexual journeys that I’ve been able to walk through the layers of understanding, empathy, acceptance, forgiveness, freedom, and gratitude.

Of course, there was a lot of pain too. This process has taken me many years and my journey continues. However, I’ve learned repeatedly that we are all One. There is no separation between me and my grandfather. I consider it a great honor to be in the privileged position to do work that can transform myself, my bloodline and beyond.

I also consider it one of my highest honors to serve my maternal lines. It is my maternal grandmother I think of most when doing my sexual empowerment work.  My grandmother, whose middle name I share with my mom, is a survivor of rape, suicide attempts, electric shock therapy in the 1960s, and domestic abuse. It was in a family constellation that I learned my mother’s birth was likely the result of spousal rape.

Still, she created a home for her children and provided love and care for us. Today I commune with her on the other side through mediumship and she has given me helpful information for finding more clarity in my own story. She has come through to cheer me on and has shared that doing my work is setting her free too.

Miraculously, our love and collaboration continues to expand even in her afterlife.

A Homage to Our Teachers

The world is our mirror ever-reflecting back to us what we have yet to learn. In this spirit, we pay homage to all of our teachers in all forms, human and spirit, animal and natural, and all those energy beings we don’t yet have names for or awareness.

From this lifetime, I’d personally like to thank the following:

Dr. Ricci-Jane Adams (Institute for Intuitive Intelligence®), Angelique Adams (Intuitive Intelligence Tapping®) Krista Haapala (Bliss Mystic®), Carlin Ross and Laura Bogush (Bodysex®, The Betty Dodson Foundation®), Siridev/Solaris (my first teacher who helped save my life), Celine Manon, “Tarra from Sedona,” Elizabeth Castagna, and Maryann Russell (Reiki Master), as well as my beloved 12 step sponsors and sponsees whose spirit of service is unmatched, and the many talented chefs and culinary industry professionals with whom I’ve had the pleasure of working. It was with them that I came of age, while learning the value of work ethic and shedding blood, sweat and tears for passion. It was also they who made me laugh.
